Is it normal to pee in the backyard?

I do it all the time! I am a girl and you might think this is odd, but when I'm relaxing in the sun and I need to pee I just get off my lounger and pee right there, even if people are watching me.

I sometimes do it when I'm messing around outside or just sitting around inside. It just feels better. My yard is closed in so that's not an issue. I'm a guy an wonder if both genders do it the same or one does more

Anything new is fun to them. As long as it is exciting, thrilling, or whatever.

For fun yes it's weird. Because in too lazy to go inside or can't hold it is normal

I only go in the loo.

I do it out there for reasons that include laziness and the lack of having a downstairs toilet.

I do in my backyard, but only when I'm crazy drunk, alone and absorbed in a book/drawing or can't make it inside. I'm a 19 year old girl and my back yard is very private. I also have 3 dogs so if someone hears, they probably think it's my pets.

i pee in pop-bottles and in the yard in a pop-bottle in the car and poor it out on to the road then i feel much better. but that white stuff always builds up on the inside of the pop-bottle and when i open it up it smell rotten

My twin cousins do. They have been doing it since they were small. Often times they would walk out of the house to go outside. It's some weird thing they did, nobody knew why or who they picked it up off. I remember being in public with them as kids and being embarassed at them just walking off and peeing wherever they felt like it.
They must enjoy it. I don't know. Personally not my kind of thing, but then again I'm a female.

For girls it depends on a few things, one of the main things being age. Another would be how private the yard is, but still age would typically have a big factor in determining normality I am pretty sure. Alternatively, If it was the woods or something, then that would be a bit different. I would guess that culture probably has a lot to do with it too in some cases, but I really wouldn't know because I am not very culturally diverse at all (but I would be interested to hear some insight on this though.).

Here is where I start to get off topic a little, but this made me think of one of my earlier memories and I believe it was a determining factor for my opinion on this matter. One of my first childhood friends was this girl who lived next door. We were very little at the time, she was about 3 or 4 maybe, I was about 5 or 6 I think. We were playing in her yard one day and she had to go pee, so she did. Right there in front of me, lol. She squatted down and started peeing and her mom came outside and caught her in the act! She got scolded for it, and I had to go home that day I think. Anyway, we were just kids and she didn't know any better. I was naturally curious at that age, so I couldn't help but watch. Also her religion was/is very strict, so that had something to do with it too I'm sure. She was Pentecostal. The only Pentecostal I have ever really known I think. I often wonder about her...

Anyways, here is my conclusion:

It is usually always normal for boys regardless.

It is normal for young girls, but usually not acceptable as they get older.
