I have to walk a really long way to get to the bathroom and sometimes when its dark in the middle of the night I'm a little bit scared so I'll just go in an empty water bottle and throw it away the next day

If someone does it to keep their urine? No, absolutely not.
Although from when I studied dementia, they said that this is one of the signs from a person with that disease; peeing in bottles when the restroom is at perfect access. That's not supposed to be a hint or anything, just something relevant.
Yes, it is for the following two reasons:
1) You are required to do so by judicial/law enforcement to check for the presence of controlled substances in your body
2) You are using the urine as a deterrent to keep wildlife or feral animals away from outdoor plants.
Otherwise, you're just being...weird.

did this in kosovo when out in cernica cuz the pisser was 4 floors down , no lights , had to gear up to go. now? not so much
