Is it normal to pee from your balcony

So sometimes when I'm high I pee off my balcony down to my garden even though I have toilet 5 steps away from me in MY room, just because it seems fun.

Is that normal?

    I live in an apartment on the top floor, with a terrace, and I've always wanted to do this but end up chickening out, haha. I must.
