Is it normal to pee a little when you sneeze?

I knew somebody who did this. You can actually exercise those muscles and make them stronger. You know how when you pee, you can stop in the middle of it, then start again? It's those muscles. Try to do that a bunch.

If I have to pee really bad before hand or have been holding it in a while, then yeah a little.
But not when I don't have to pee already.

I never do this you complete utter freak.

More normal for women after kids but can happen to anyone. Pelvic floor exercises usually help. If not and it bothers you see a doctor who can help you

Are you female? If so it's fairly common. Called "stress incontinence". There's treatment available and exercises you can do. Lots of women get this, especially after having kids.
