Is it normal to pay $80 for a tshirt?

I live outside the US in one of the most expensive western countries in the world. My taste is still the same, and the other day, I spent $80 on a Gant tshirt that normally costs $40 in the US (exchange rate is $1 for $1). The stock and seasons are different, so it's not like I can import cheaper US goods.

Is $80 for a tee excessive? IIN, especially when a basic, no brand tshirt is $30 in the country I live in now, not $5 like the US

It'd be cheaper to skateboard your way to the US, buy all the shirts you'll need in your life and then take the streetcar home.

Depends on your background. Dont think its normal to spend almost a hundred bucks for some cotton.

Fuck that! I don't even like spending $15 dollars on a shirt. Money just doesn't fall from the sky.

If it is just a white shirt with nothing on it, no damn way. If it's a popular brand, maybe.

That's way too much in my opinion. Then again the highest I will pay for a shirt is $25.00

Most I dropped on a shirt was like $250 for some silk Gucci shirt, that shirt felt so damn good, it was worth it lol

Oh my Lord, I had no idea there was that kinda inflation in Australia! I've spent $40.00 on a t-shirt from Lucky Brand Jeans here in Las Vegas but that's cause it had a picture of Steve McQueen on it. I've also seen t-shirts for much more but they were higher end designer stuff.

        Damn, I never knew.
