    Omg i do that too! I also do it when I put in my contacts. My mouth hangs open just a little bit subconsciously

    I do makeup for a living and many models do it. Quite normal!

    I think it lifts the brows up so it gives you slightly more ease in applying the mascara, but I dunno why 90% of all women do it. =/

    Your face muscles are linked in a way. Opening your mouth allows room for the muscles around your eyelids to open the eye wider. Lol, goofy looking, but totally normal! :)

    Haha YES! Ive wondered why we do that though? Ive tried doing it w/o mouth open & I cant do it. So strange, lol.

    Haha I think everyone opens their mouth while putting it in! I sometimes have to concentrate on keeping it closed while I do.
