"Geeky" hands?
The thing is... you may think you're sparing yourself from germ contact but that's all in your head.
1) if you touch your shirt afterwards... GERMS!
2) many germs are transmitted through the air
3) anything else you touch that others have touched can also be suspect, such as railings, a public phone, the pin-pad at the register, ... just to name a few.
I say normal. I even do it at home when I've just washed my hands after using the bathroom bc I noticed my bf doesn't always wash his hands.......O_o
I kick (not too hard) doors to open (where applicable) so it may look almost like the doors have opened automatically.
I do it too. I use my foot to flush and paper towel to shut sink off. U turn the sink on with dirty hands then touch the dirty knobs with clean hands to shut it off. Yuck. The same with door knobs
I use my shoulder to open push-lever doors. For bathroom doors (from the inside) I use paper towels--except, esp. at the DIRTIEST public restrooms, they're ALWAYS out of paper towels.
"Geeky hands." I LOVE that!
