Is it normal to only listen to certain songs during certain seasons?

Im just curious as to whether anyone else does this:

I have this stupid thing where I associate songs with certain seasons of the year. For example: the song "for the love of god" by Steve vai is a "winter" song while Hessian Peel by Opeth is a summer song. The only problem with this is, that If I listen to a song during the wrong season I dont enjoy the song half as much. Its like I have to wait until the right season just to enjoy and experience the song fully. However, when I finally do listen to a song during the correct season, its sounds so amazing and I feel like I am truly experiencing the song on a whole new level. I know it sounds dumb but does anyone else do this?

    that's fine.

as mentioned already, christmas is a good example.

plus some songs just make you think of the time or season when you first heard them. that's perfectly fine.

i personally go through moods of what i want to listen to. and usually during that mood i only listen to that music until the mood changes.

for me it's not based on seasons but i see no reason why someone else can't do it.

Kinda like how Christmas songs are not nearly as great to listen to unless its near Christmas?

I have some (non-Christmas) songs that I associate with certain seasons, yeah. I think its because those were the seasons I truly connected with the songs and now its like a nostalgia thing.

I dont mean Christmas songs or songs that are actually connected with the season. What I mean is that every song I hear gets associated with a certain season regardless of what is about.
