Is it normal to only ever want to listen to one band?

I am in love with the band Say Anything and the Singer/Songwriter Max Bemis <3

I have nearly 100 of their songs, even never released EPs, songs for mucisals and acoustic versions of whatever I could find. Also other songs hes made with other bands and by himself (Perma, Two Tongues, Forgive Durden etc)

A lot of the songs they have are so relevent to my life and the way the songs sound are just so perfect in my ears, like i cant not listen them. All the lyrics max bemis comes up with are complete gold to me. Every emotion you have he has created a song for that and thats what keeps me hooked. Its not just a band that sounds the same every single album, but you know its Say Anything just tryin' somethin' new.

But yeah, is it normal to only ever want to listen to one band?

    I've heard of Say Anything, but haven't listened to them. Maybe I should check em out. I listen to Bayside pretty much daily. They're amazing! :D

    yea, but it can be a phase! like for 2 months last year i would ONLY listen to sufjan stevens.

      It's been over a year now :X
      and I'm even more into them cause they're going on tour and releasing a new album soon :3
