Is it normal to only eat once a day?

I never eat breakfast because i barely get any sleep during the night and when i wake up only a couple of hours after going to bed eating breakfast is the last thing i feel like doing. I usually use my lunch break to finish my homework or nap in the library. When I get home at about 5 i eat ramen which is usually followed by something like steak with mashed potatos. After that I sleep until 10 - 11 and when i wake up i start working on my assignments. im not trying to lose weight or anything, i just dont feel like eating most of the time.

It depends on their height/build, activity levels, and most importantly, how big their one meal a day is. If they're eating a medium steak, two cups of mashed potatoes, and a full serving of ramen, then that comes out to around 1400 calories, which is sufficient for a small, sedentary adult.

I think it's great that you do this:) I think it's normal whereas someone else might think of it as being abnormal.

I'm back to one meal a day again, even at weekends. Usually a small one too. I don't feel well recently.
