Oh please. As a black person, I can tell you that neither race is more confident than the other. It's totally normal to like different races than your own. The reason behind it is simply preference. For example, if you prefer dark hair in a man it'd make more sense to like blacks or Hispanics over whites.

well your professor is full of shit and just speculating because pheromones in humans simply don't exist...or in other words scientists never found one pheromone chemical on a human yet. Also, based on up to date research, scientist never really found any proof that somehow connects ethnicity with the breeding process. We are 99.99% genetically the same and our ethnicity plays little role in our sexual preference. I would say that people who are in interracial relationships don't really base their feelings on a person's certain race or ethnicity, the only way I can see that happening if it's culturally or socially unacceptable. Meaning that race and ethnicity are really the works and part of our environment not our biological sexual drives.
