Is it normal to only be able to wink with one eye?

I have only been able to wink with my right eye, but not my left eye, my whole life.

    I have never ever winked in my life, so I don't know but it maybe possible that you haven't used your left eye ever to wink thats why you can't wink with it.

    I can wink with both eyes.
