Is it normal to obsess over the hygiene of my hair, teeth, and skin?

I brush my teeth twice a day for two minutes, use mouthwash for one minute, floss, then use crest whitestrips. I wash my hair four times and condition it seven. I was my face with noxzema twice and neutrogena once. Is all this normal?

Kinda... I think ur over doing it on the hair part and face part. Your going to dry up all the natural oils your body produces to keep a good balance, and in turn really dry out your hair and face, which can lead to hair and skin damage. I say tone it down just a tid bit. But the teeth part... Completely natural!

Maybe the teeth part cuz humans mouths get dirty quickly but yr going overboard with the hair and face. Try shampooing twice and conditioning once u will be just fine

It is a lot like obsessive compulsive... If you never feel clean if it starts to take over your life get some psychiatric help dude.

You wash your hair 4 times and condition it 7 times... per day?

    Way overboard.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I working on your hair so much degrades the quality its quality with all the chemicals, I believe.
