Is it normal to obsess about my weight, shape, face, etc?
Since I was 15 (now I'm 41)I've been everything from anorexic to chunky, but always always always obsessed with my weight, my thighs, my stomach, my flab, etc. By the way, I'm at my ideal weight and have never been in the overweight range. I'm OK looking so it doesn't make sense to obsess about my size when I'll never be a model or anything.
