Is it normal to notice all the obese people around me?

I have always been the bigger kid growing up and was really picked on. Now being 21 I have changed my lifestyle and lost 40 pounds and on my way to soon being able to see my abdominals. Ever since I started this transfermation everywhere I go I point out all the overweight or obese people I see. I do it in my head ofcourse but it just seems weird. Although it is amazing how many people are obese or overweight. I feel so helpless and want to try to help them but know I can't. Just kills me inside because I know how hard it is to be the fat kid.

I was fat throughout my entire life, I'm 21, and I've never experience what I'm supposed to already. I've no "life", but it's all good. It's all good... we born, live, and die. End of story.

Woah, you're that guy who pointed at me... anyway, yeah, fat people... no worries, we've enjoyed so much mouth-gasms in our years. It's the cost of the taste, and it's all of our faults. I'm not blaming anyone but myself, but... I think it's normal, and I'm glad that there's a such person out there that has sympathy for fat people.

I am the same way... I used to be overweight and am now a size two. I notice overweight people everywhere and it really makes me sad because I know the transformation that can happen by just a few lifestyle changes. I would say we are normal for feeling this way because we have both been on that side of the fence and know how wonderful it is to change and we want that for everyone.

Maybe that is your niche...if you have empathy fir overweight people and truly want to help them...go to school and become a fitness and/or life coach. I go to a mama bootcamp and love that the trainers totally understand life w kids husband work etc... She makes great money doing it because it's a specialized market...maybe that's your calling to be a fitness coach to help people who u once were like
