I always wear a thong when I wear yoga pants to avoid panty lines. But I've considered going without. Is that normal to go without panties when wearing yoga pants?

I started going to the gym all the time like 3 or so years ago and I never wear underwear with my yoga pants
At first I was self conscious about it - but I realize that yoga pants are supposed to be worn without underwear!
I had no idea that you were not supposed to wear underwear with yoga pants until I looked it up! Ha
Now I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and wear yoga pants almost every day and I never wear underwear with them
It's so much less hassle not fooling with underwear with yoga pants! Same reason I never wear socks with my tennis shoes to the gym either. Socks are such a hassle really. I hadn't worn any in years - then turns out my new bf tells me he has a foot fetish ? Funny stuff.
But yeah, I'm usually just wearing a sports bra, a shirt or light jacket over that, yoga pants, and tennis shoes - and that's all I need
Funny thing is I often will go around and run errands around town before or after going to the gym - just dressed like I'm at the gym or about to go - so many other women do this
So yeah I guess I do most of my grocery shopping while wearing yoga pants without underwear - heh - I never thought of it like that before
Ya. It's totally normal. No one wears under wear with them. Plus it gives you a better camel toe and all the strait guys will love to look at your camel toe and butt!!

I'll give you a guys opinion. I've been in a few Yoga classes, and when getting into up dog and down dog, warrior, and all the other positions, a guy really doesn't have much of a chance to stare at the girls in the class. We're there for the exercise, not to check out the girls. I would think that wearing panties underneath yoga pants would be like having two pairs of panties on since they're both usually somewhat tight. I would say do what ever makes the Yoga the most comfortable, and easy.

Not sure if l care to see someones hamster bobbing around in his pants or a lopsided, seam devided pair of plums. On a female it might get a bit 'seamy' too. When I went to yoga we did not wear such things..it was a leotard and tights.
