I don't wear bras or panties for health and comfort reasons. Nobody, to my knowledge, has ever noticed because I dress modestly. I don't do it for other people's enjoyment. I consider myself normal.

There is no real scientific reason to wear underwear. Bras don't help with boobs at all. And lots of women in other countries have never heard of bras and panties
