Is it normal to not want to tell this to my best friend?

OK so my best friend is a girl she is pretty which makes this matter worse. So mainly in the summer my friend she wears these kinda deep V t shirts and a bad fitting bra i guess. So if your standing by her you can see down her shirt and see her boobs and i really dont like this(im not gay its just shes my best friend and im worried about other guys taking advantage of this/her)i really don't want to tell her because im really afraid of me and her not being such good friends anymore and i dont know how she will react knowing that once i actually looked down her shirt...but at the same time im worried for her so please give me some insight and mabe this will even help some other guys/girls with this same problem.

    Maybe you could go shopping together and buy bras that are fitted properly by the ladies in the shop. Then go buy some not so revealing tops.

    Unless she's blind, then she knows how she looks and what she's wearing. She wants to dress this way and it's her body. She'd probably be hurt and upset that you think she's being trampy. If you're really her best friend then you'll accept her as she is. Something this trivial is not worth a friendship, in my opinion. It don't think you should disclose this to her.

    Don't make it into a big planned out speech or confrontation, just pull her aside at an appropriate time and say "hey, don't be embarrassed or anything but I could see down your shirt just now" (just like you'd do if someone's zipper was down). Then go from there, maybe you can help her fix her clothes or maybe she'll start asking you to check for her to make sure she's covered.
