Is it normal to not want to take my pills?

I have had anxiety for my entire life and finally spoke out about it. It ruins my life and I wish it would go away. I was prescribed medication for it that has many side effects. I feel like meds are not the right remedy for me.is it normal to not want to take them?

It takes a really long time to see improvements. You only see small changes but within months you will start seeing a lot more :) if you get off them so early, your anxiety will increase and you'll have worse side effects. I suggest that since you already started them, take them for a year than get off them :) it'll work

anxiety is a bitch but i would probably try to see what is actually causing it (either chemicaly or psycologicaly) and try to solve it in other ways (i have used this method and i have no more anxiety =D )

  • Yep! They are bad for you. Try out natural ways to cope with your anxiety, like exercising and meditating. I did this and I promise it will make you feel so much better. i used to have anxiety so bad I couldn't leave the house, and now it's 99% gone. And I'm sure you know to avoid caffeine and alcohol and other stimulants.
