What ever happened to 'putting some hair on your chest'? I feel like I don't want to shave my chest, but at the same time if a women sees me shirtless she may get disgusted or something. is it normal to not want to shave my chest?
I think the shaved chest thing is a younger girl thing. I rather a hairy chest to a prickly one any day! A man has hair on his chest a boy doesn't. I'll take a man over a boy any day.
Then don't do it. I haven't had any complaints. I did it once and it grew back in 2hrs later, the raw masculinity wouldn't be denied. Ha

Like you "lulz" I don't shave my chest either, I have never shaved or waxed it at any time. I also have a 'happy trail' it was once just a thin trail extending down from my belly button, now it is across my whole belly and above my BB and it IS a dense hairy forest too, I don't mind.
It is NOT normal for men to shave their hairy chests, only a very few would do that, usually men who are 'taken in' by all those so called 'grooming ads' you see now on the TV. I do not know any man around where I live in the UK that do that, they all have hairy chests including myself of course, like me they have never shaved or waxed their chests ever, quite a few of the men I know have very hairy chests, I really don't know any man who does not have a hairy chest, certainly none of them would ever think of shaving the hair off.

Hi, I am not talking here about women, its about men, to be honest, I don't know any man where I live that shaves his chest, anyway I don't do it either, I have had a 'damned' hairy chest since I was 16 and have never even thought about shaving or trimming any hair off ever. The hair is so long that when I strip off, if its a warm windy day, the hair blows around like long grass in a field.
I just hope that your boyfriend/husband is not like me, but a natural smoothie with no hair at all on his chest, however, not too many men are like that.
We are not talking about women with hairy armpits, etc, what has that to do with MEN with hairy chests, most men if they have a hairy chest, (and most do, I don't know any man where I live in the UK who does not have a hairy chest) do not want to shave the hair off, they want to be a man, not remain a little boy.

I've never shaved my chest in my life. None of the women I've ever dated wanted me to either.
Hi 'Tommy81' you will be glad to know that you are not the only man who has never shaved his chest in his life, I can say that both of us are a member of what I call "the 100 per cent club" thats a amusing name that I give to a man who has never shaved, waxed or ever trimmed any hair off of his chest, I am sure that there are many men on this post who are like that.

Nothing wrong with being neat & well groomed but I think for a man to exercise hair removal (particularly when he doesn't want to) is beyond the beyonds.

Everyone has their own opinion, I personally hate any body hair period... But it's your body, if someone doesn't accept you because of a little hair then they're not worth your time.
I like hairy chests. I'm sure other women wouldn't mind either. Anyway, I think hairy chests are much sexier than shaved chests.
