Is it normal to not want to have oral sex with your girlfriend

I am a straight male and I really don't like oral sex. I don't want her to perform blowjob and I don't want to go down on her either. Because I love kissing (at least as much as sex itself) and I don't want to put my lips to a place where my penis (and possibly others' too) has touched. The same is true about her vagina and my lips. So yes, the reason is purely hygienic.

Is this normal?

    Have you tried maybe doing it in the shower? would that alleviate the "ick" factor?

    This at least seems like a real reason to refuse oral. Some guys (and girls!) refuse to give but will happily receive.
