Is it normal to not want to give your fiance a handjob out of fear

Well as the question stated, I feel very uncomfortable to preform the art of handjobs on my fiance due to inexperience. Previous to my current fiance, I had only been with two guys- both were virgins at the time and with each guy-the sex part had only gone on for about 2 weeks maybe three.(Though I had been dating both for for nearly a year.) So essentially, it is as if i am a virgin in regards to this learned talent of jerking a man off.
