I fear of getting married bcoz Im not sure that I can stay all my life with one guy. And I can't just leave when I want to. I'm independed and I hate it when I feel that I can't things bcoz I'm married. Feel that i'm not free as I'm now as a single.
Is that normal?
You are 100% normal. If you don't want to get married you don't have to. Don't ever feel obligated to go against your feelings for the sake of sparing someone elses.
I would quit worrying so much about this subject and venture on to another. Perhaps something more important...like grammar.
I thinks it's normal not to want to be with one person forever. It's scary. But if you want someone to care for you forever and have that great bond as well as children then that's what you gain. And it's a lot
Couldn't agree with you more. Marriage today serves no purpose if you are an independent person. Especially if you don't want children. If you feel like it's not right for you don't do it. Trust your gut and not half the people on this site who will end up divorced anyway. :)
Yes it's normal but you sound as if marraige is going to strap you down. The only thing it should mean is no more one night stands and having some to help you in your daily endeavors.
I never understood peoples fear of getting married. Marriage doesn't and shouldn't mean that you are property of someone. It's the same thing as dating someone except it's like a step up from a normal relationship. You just need to find a guy that won't stop the sex or trying to spend time with you once ur married because that's half the problem with most marriages; a lot of people think they don't have to try in the relationship once they are married.
Some people want to get married some don't. It's an entirely personal choice. I got married. My best friend probably never will.
No offense to disagree but IT IS NORMAL to want to be with someone forever u just have to find the right person...the exact purpose for dating is to look not just be set with the first person
