Is it normal to not want to eat, even when hungry?

It's not that I'm habitually trying to starve myself. But sometimes I feel like I would only feel worse, if I put food in my stomach; or that it's a waste of time. Is this normal?

The over processed trash doesn't give you energy and only adds calories. It is sold everywhere now. Try a small amount of liquid diet. Soup or a thick drink. This is easier to handle and won't crash your body.

I do that sometimes. And yes, it works. I would pick yours as best answer, of I could. You're the only one to give advice that I can actually you.

I'd talk to a doctor about this. You shouldn't be afraid to eat. Most people aren't anyway.

Do you suffer from anxiety at all?

I would talk to a doctor about this really. It's not that normal.
