Is it normal to not want to eat?

Okay so lets get this straight first of all: I don't think have an eating disorder and I don't have body image issues.

All my life I've never had much of an appetite. I notice that I eat way less than my friends and family do. I just get full really fast and I hate nothing more than forcing myself to eat...and when other people try and force me to eat too. Sometimes I don't even understand how people can eat so much, it kind of makes me sick. Am I normal?

    My mother had tht when she was a kid and if she ate more she would through up and I'm the same way and if I'm not hungry I don't eat at all. Don't force yourself just do the same thing you have been doing and if you have other things like this u could go on a medication to help.

    if you get full really fast i recommend you eat what your body needs like proteins and vitamins. if you get full with junk food thats not healthy at all. you could also consider syrups that make you hungry if you are concerneed with your health (maybe you're too weak or sleepy or you get dizzy)

    i have almost become anorexic at some points in life but in general i dun really eat much either.

    yea my friend is like that and she takes pills to help her get augery

    Yeah, you're normal. If it's not an eating disorder I don't know what it is, but I don't exactly eat very much all the time either. So yeah just start having more food. Start small and get bigger.
