...by a person you know when you see them in public? I get this weird urge to hide when I encounter someone at a distance who might greet me. :/

    Yeah that happens to me quite a bit too. It's only because I like doing my own stuff if I hadn't planned to see that person I know and want to get things done.

      No! It's just a quirk...apparently a very common one, since it is 94% normal as of 12-15 :-)

    I'm kind of like that. Sometimes you just want to do what you got to do there and then head on out without someone stopping you and slowing you down for meaningless conversation.
