Is it normal to not take your job seriously?
I work at mcd's; been there for like 2 1/2 months. I'm a good worker but since it's not a career, I don't put my heart into it like other people. Can anyone relate?

A job is a job, McDonald's or MD... do the right thing by doing your job the way it should be done.
i think its normal cuz my last jo,im currently unemployed, made me feel like i had to take it seriously or else my ass wouldnt make dat paypah
Dude! At least you have a job!!! Just try to work hard your boss will notice.
P.S. Do u get free food @ mcds?
Are you Mexican? If not than it's not a career (unless we kick the illegals out in which case they might be forced to pay decent wages) and then yes that would be normal. HOWEVER, it ALWAYS a good idea to do your best at whatever job that way you have good references and better chances at getting the real careers/jobs you really want
