Every time I go to sleep, I try really hard to dream, but I can't. I heard that everyone dreams, but I dont remember ever having a dream. Do I dream and not remember them what so ever, or don't I dream?

Try taking a sleep study. I have had the same problem in my lifetime... i recently discovered i have a sleeping disorder, my normal doctor told me to attend a sleeping study so the professionals can tell me what really is wrong. my disorder causes my muscles to Not fully relax all the way at night, causing me to clench my teeth, and alot of times my brain isn't fully asleep, therefore i can't remember any dreams.
you could also try, over the counter sleeping meds such as Tylenol PM , Advil PM. or make doctor appointment, ask for seroquel or trazedone. good luck! sleep well :)
The average person may have over thirty-six dreams in one night and not remember a single dream. It is totally normal. Everyone dreams, you may not think so, but you do.
It's perfectly normal to not remember dreams. You don't know it, but you have dreams every night, multiple times a night. You dream in REM sleep, which occurs in cycles throughout the night. Maybe you're last REM cycle of sleep is too far away from when you woke up and that's why you don't remember any dreams.
