Is it normal to not look into

Most people actually don't...they look all around the face instead. It's hard to tell the difference unless you are really close.

I look at them, but not always into their eyes. I try to look at their eyes, but most of the time I end up looking at their mouth. I think it's fine though as long as you're looking at their face.

It disrespectful to not look at people when you talk to them and it's a sigh of insecureity

I agree with TDG. It also makes me think people are really creepy if they dont. If its someone Im close with it makes me think theyre lying or not paying attention. Youre not supposed to stare people down, but there is an acceptable medium.

I feel weird when people don't look at my face when were talking unless we are watching something at the same time. It make me feel like something is wrong with that person.

Oh my gosh! I do the same thing. It makes me feeel awkward when I stare directly in their eyes, like in stalking them or something. So ill look up or to the side or at someone else, hard not to.
