Is it normal to not like the way your face looks when you smile?

Whenever I smile by exposing my teeth, my face looks weird. I don't have any bags under my eyes, but when I smile I see these huge bags that covers the bottom half portion of my eyes. It's hard to explain, but basically when I smile like this, my face looks puffy and fat, and it doesn't even look like I'm happy smiling either! Is this normal and is anyone else insecure about this?

    I don't like my smile either. I feel like Bugs bunny with Doug Funny type teeth. I learned to not take it so seriously, everyone has their flaws. I'm sure there are people adore that youre smile though :)

    When I smile my chin goes really strange. Regardless-a smile is the most attractive this on anyone, even it's as ugly as fuck-a smile is beautiful.

    I Love my smile, but im not a smiler i laugh alot and when i do i look the epic face but retarted lol

    People always say I have a nice smile (at work I smile all the time) but I don't think I do because I hate my cheekbones, but I really don't give that big a damn because if I'm happy I'm gonna damn smile.

    My cheekbones are kind of high and I have doughy cheeks and when I smile really happily, the meat on my cheeks collects at my cheek bones and it doesn't look flattering... at all. So, I'd say your situation is totally normal because I am the same way when it comes to not liking they way I look when I smile.

    I don't like mine either but many say the thing they like most about me physically is my smile. Sometimes your imperfection is somebody else' perfection. Learn to love yourself!

    some people's faces look totally different when they smile. for example: Rebecca deMornay (80's movie star "risky business") and Holly Marie Combs (piper from the tv show "charmed")
