That means since you are so simalar you have coflicting personalitys . This happens with poeple alot , like if one person has to always be right and they talk to the same kindve person they gonna fight cuase neither will back down . its like putting a stone with a stone you just make smaller rocks , if you hit a stick adn a stick they brake if you hit a rock and a stick I will garentee that rocks going to win and the stick will follow that is a wierd metophor but you get my piont .
Yup, happens with me.
I realized it's because i thrive in situations of conflict or when I'm the weird one.
I think it's a self esteem thing. They could easily replace us? They might be better versions of us? I dunno.
No, I'd think the opposite. I recently met this girl who's like me in almost every way and it's so refreshing to not have to try at all with her.
As far as I know, I've met people who are like me but without certain aspects. I prefer those aspects to be gone anyways, and if they did have those personality traits they probably wouldn't talk to me in the first place. I have a friend who sort of does this thing where I say something that he doesn't know, usually about comic books, then he'll try to talk to me about it like he knows everything about comic books. Anyways, I don't think of myself as cool but the people that I have met who closely resemble me, with minor altercations, I think are alright people to hang out with.
I often find traits that I don't like in myself incredibly annoying in someone else. But that's not what you are talking about is it?
I dislike it when sombody think they're like me, when in fact they aren't.
This guy thought he was like me, so I took a look on his Facebook, and then I seen a status of him saying "am a total criminal, me nd da boyz got a speedin ticket"...Instantly I knew he wasn't like me, he thought he was a criminal for a parking ticket, I would never of said or thought that.
My best friends are practically identical to me - in terms of personality. We believe in the same things and laugh at the same things. In fact, one even looks just like me.
