Is it normal to not like kids?

I don't really like kids because, well, they're kids. I find them very obnoxious, too mentally simplistic, and in general, I have very little patience for children. I get uncomfortable and embarrassed with children because I feel like adults have to dumb things down and act like jackasses for the sake of the kids. When I tell other people that I don't like kids and don't want any of my own, they suddenly look at me like I'm a monster simply because I'm a girl! It's not like I hate kids with a passion! I just don't understand how they function and I prefer not to be around them. Is it normal to not like kids?

    But seriously, don't be mad at the child because some adults feel the need to patronize them. It's fine to not want them just as it is fine to want them.

    Some people don't like kids fair enough.

    I wish i still was a kid being an adult sucks. Keeping track of finances being all serious when someone comes to visit.

    It's a hot day i wanna play with water guns not listen to you talk about politics all day.

    Not all kids are like that. But I understand you, I don't have patience with most of them.

    They are tiny adults that cry, scream, pee themselves, and never pay for anything. I only allow my friends one of those flaws (it's usually the peeing lol), seems like you are ruled by logic and not hormones, yay!

    I absolutely cant stand them. I just wanna kick their faces in most of the time. I wouldnt but i'm tempted.

    I have three and sometimes i don't like them very much. Love them, but don't always really like them. Sorry about that.

    I don't hate kids... I just don't like them. They are obnoxious, rude, and have no home training (most of them). I have met some well-mannered children--but they act like little adults, so that's why I'm cool with them.
    I think babies are cute... They're just filthy. And they have no control of their bodily excretions as of yet. It grosses me out.

    You don't like kids?.. I think there are "Surden" things you don't like about them, but i do think you like them anyhow.

      Hard to like something you neither have any interest in or understand. At best, I'm indifferent to them.
