It's been about 4 years since my last relationship and I thought if I just took a break I'd be back to dating by now but I'm not. It's not like I had a bad break up or anything. Infact I've never actually had a serious relationship in my life. And now I'm starting to notice that I'm not even interested in being with a guy. When ever they ask me out I just make up some lame excuse or lie to get them to leave me alone. Has anyone else ever been through this? Is it just a stage? Is it normal?

    I am that way, too. I've deflected men my whole life, always finding reasons or excuses why I'm not interested.
