Is it normal to not like babies

I know that we are all babies at one point and I have raised my niece and nephew and they are both 7&8.
However, I was introduced to this girl and she was coming over to visit me and for us to hangout and watch a movie too. She brought her baby and all the stuff that goes with him too.
As she sat down, the baby started something that I haven't felt towards other babies. Maybe it was the crying, the chicken legs, being interrupted before we can go forward; yet one of these plus the non crying/not gassy/ not needing to be changed/not hungry squeaky red faced whine; made me feel like I absolutely was so annoyed at the baby.
I though it was the face, because I love babies and never had a sour experience until that day. The face made me cringe even more. I couldn't enjoy anything and was at most turned off from the mother too.
What could've done this? Was it the baby's face? It's mouth closed whine, that sounded like a cat that's hungry, than a cat in heat? The fact that my first meeting with the girl, was ruined by this?

    Babies are the worst...this is coming from a mom that has 2 kids and pregnant with a 3rd....its after they get out of the baby phase that they are out of danger of me wanting to sparta kick them down some stairs

    If you haven't had close contact for a while or ever with a continually crying baby, it would naturally bother you and cause you to be disappointed to not get the time or attention you wanted from its mother, especially if you didn't know she was bringing the baby.

    I reckon it's the last reason you gave and entirely understandable: I was once in the start of a threesome but one participant brought a baby which interrupted everything time after time, but I wasn't upset with the baby but with her. Why bring it: If no baby sitter available why not postpone?

    Babies piss me off and disgust me. Yet we are all babies for a short time.

    What's the problem? You hold it by the leg and give it a good swing on the ground, to knock it out. You can even break its limbs in case it wakes up and tries to dig its claws in you.

    I love kids. LOVE EM'!!! But I hate babies! They're annoying and gross. All they do is cry, eat/drink, puke, piss, and shit. Did I mention they fucking cry all the time. Shit. I hate babies
