Is it normal to not let myself have sex?

I'm 19 years old and lost my V-card about a year ago. My first experience was horrible. I mainly did it just to get my friends off my back. But ever since, I haven't been able to get the confidence to do it again. I've have a few close calls, but I can't seem to do it. It's not an erectile problem or anything. I just have this fear that she (whoever she may be) will be disappointed in my performance or judge me. How can I get over this mental block?

    I know this may sound totally cliche, but not everyone is this master of sex. I'm pretty sure you're not the only person ever who has failed their first time. And you don't need to be having sex to please someone. I say if you find the right one, then it should come naturally (sorry for my brief immaturity, but see what I did, there >:)).
