Is it normal to not know if you like your best friend or not

so i have this really close and best friend. she always makes the sexual type moves and says stuff like it but usually in a joking way. i always joke around with her that ohhh you sure you dont like girls?! and she says no! but the truth is im the one who's not sure if i like girls or not. i think i might like her but idk. were pretty close so we always joke around by hugging alot and wrap my leg around hers then laugh. we say i love you to each other alot. im pretty sure she just looks at me like her best friend cause i am hers but i feel like i wanna see if she feels like being more.. but im not sure if she is like that. we both have a good friend who is a lesbian so shes fine with people like this.(i am a girl) please help me! im so confused?! should i tell her how i feel or just ignore it or wait?
