I don't see what's so difficult about it. I remember the first BJ I ever gave, it just came naturally. Of course I've improved later on as I got more experience, but there's no such thing as not knowing how to give a BJ.

It's not instinct.
I'd playfully/sexily suggest we do 'whatever he wants', so he'll tell you how he likes it. Then try anything that comes to your mind, and if asked, say its something you enjoy (even though you only wanted to try). That'll give you an idea.
