Is it normal to not have your first kiss at 14?

My little sister came home crying because everyone was mocking her about not having her first kiss. She's 14.

Is it normal for a 14 yr old to have virgin lips?

It's normal, but other kids will mock her because otherwise they'll feel inferior.
Kids are cruel and full of shit at that age. They feel that they are better if they can mock you for something.
Kissing is not a big deal and she shouldn't need to disclose that information.
If it really bugs her, why don't you kiss her and then she can say "yes" when asked and just respond with "I'm not telling" if they want details.

What's not normal is for her to take it so seriously at that age. She should be mature enough already to not let it bother her. Maybe you should tell her this.

    Of course it's normal.
Honestly, I think it's better for younger kids NOT to have their first kiss or anything past that. |:

I didn't have my first kiss until I was 16.
Try to be there for your sister, and tell her not to worry about what other people say.
    (If they are saying anything.)

That whole issue is why younger and younger kids are losing their virginity...Fucking peer pressure.

Maybe those other kids who mocked her never kissed anyone before-_-

Awww, poor kid. Its none of their damn business. She doesn't need to rush things just because everyone else is. All in good time :)

    I got my first kiss at 16. ^__^ It's totally normal. :)

Tell her not to feel sad, and not to rush it, because it#ll be super special if you wait for the right time. ^__^

This is very normal. Tell her to not worry, I was in her shoes once. I didn't get my first kiss until I was 15. I know that is not a big age difference but still. She'll have her first kiss, it is just a matter of time.

Oh gawd yes. Just tell her to tell the kids that are teasing her "whores" and that'll shut them up xD
