Is it normal to not have gotten to first base by 19?

Last week I met a cute girl I clicked with, like, instantly. I thought we really had something going, most girls won't talk to me bcuz I have a speech problem where I kinda slur my words (injury-related, don't ask!), and she just kept talking to me and when I couldn't think of anything else to say she just sat there and smiled at me....the next week, we both had class in the same building, so I came in like 3 hours early....just to see her and talk to her (I get no real love from my family so I'm looking for a girl to keep me grounded). I'm a nice guy, is it really true that nice guys finish last?

o btw: I feel like I'm a "involuntary celibate" someone who can't get a steady girl (or even a shot at love) no matter what. Are there any girls out there who find me attractive?
-I'm REALLY romantic. Sometimes so much that I seem stalker-ish. I'll text you all the time, call you to hear your voice on the answering machine when I'm sad, I'll give you presents and flowers and other nice things for no reason
-I'm sensitive. I cry (not all the time), I'll hold you when you're sad, smile when you're happy, kiss you when you least expect it, cuddle when you need me, and....most important.....I'll stay with you! I won't cheat because it's so hard for me to get love.
-I'm not obsessed with sex. I haven't even had my first kiss, and I'm saving it for that special girl who touches my heart. I won't grab your butt when I hug you, unless you want me to.....;)
I just wish all the girls who have run away from me, thinking I'm creepy, would look up Involuntary Celibacy on Wikipedia. Then they'd understand why I'll follow them to class, give them unwanted gifts.
