Is it normal to not have friends
I am 53 and I don't have any close friends I have friends at work but no one that's a close friend.

Yup. I don't either. I get all weird when somebody tries to be my friend, like maybe they have some motive behind it or something - it's weird because I act like this but I don't think like this. It's like I just don't have time right now.
As long as you aren't depressed over it it shouldn't be a problem?

it is normal, some people just like being alone, or maybe ur just shy. but there's definitely nothing wrong with it. i've learnt to just be happy with what you've got, but if you aren't then there's always a way to change it, start inviting people to do things with you n never turn down an invitation :)
