Is it normal to not have crushed?

I'm an 18 year old girl and I have never had a crush. I love the idea of romance and have always wanted to find someone special but I have never been interested in a specific person, I've never had the butterflies feeling that my friends are talking about. I've dated men and women, but it all ended when it came out that I didn't feel strongly after a few months. I'm perfectly capable of normal relationships, but I don't get crushes?

People that use the word crush...is this an Indian thing?? I mean why the need to say the word crush??

You all use it incorrectly anyway. A crush is an unrequited feeling for a person you can never be with. Fucking learn english.

Having a "crush" on someone when youre over the age of 9 just seems creepy.

Maybe you are aromantic- someone who feels no romantic attraction. Aromantic people sometimes like romance in media and wonder what it would feel like yet they just aren’t attracted to people in that way. Here are some links for more detailed information:

Also good for you for ending those relationships when you realised you weren’t attracted to them, too many people lack the balls to do that.
