okay,so most of my girl family members have boobs, but I am very insecure about myself because I am a teenager now and still don't have any. when I go to school,other girls have them so I feel even more insecure about myself. Is this normal?

You're probably fine. Give it time and they'll grow in... To the first poster, women don't produce milk unless they are pregnant or if their breasts are overly stimulated. It's not like every woman is walking around with milk in her breasts all the time.
it's normal, but it totally kills your self esteem not having any. we live in a breast-obsessed society, with perfectly round, large boobs plastered all over tv, magazines, etc. i've never had very much up top, and i've always been self-conscious about it. i still am, even to this day, and i'm 23 years old now. i remember back in high school, i had the smallest chest in my whole grade. even the anorexic girls had more than i did.. not even exaggerating. anyhow, i've learn to kind of overcome this. victoria's secret makes these amazing bras. they're about $50 but worth every penny, and they WILL make you look like you have some boobs. and what's wonderful is that as you get older, you'll find there's plenty of men out there that don't care about your lack of boobage. they'll love you for you. :-)
Are you skinny? Because if you are, it might be that you're "delaying" your growth. What I mean is , for example, a girl who has more "stored energy" (Aka chubby) and has just turned 14 or 15 might develop breast milk and menstuate faster, or earlier, girls who, for example exercise, (gymnasts) have underdeveloped breasts. I personally think girls like that are smoooking hot. But that's just me.
That might be a possibility to consider :)

WHAT!? YOU'RE CHEST IS COMPLETELY FLAT!? YOU ARE UNGRATEFUL! I WISH I HAD A FLAT CHEST STILL! Although its not that big, rather small accually id rather have it completely flat. I wish i could trade with someone who wants smallish sized and i could have flatness ;(
i think that it normal, girls all grow at there own time- sooner then later you will. As for now, i say don't care what other people think, you are you and whether you have them or not it shouldn't be anyones buisness.

Also some people just don't grow big boobs at all. Some people are an A cup their whole life, even if their not super skinny. If you really hate it you should just wear a bra that has formed cups in it but still in your size. It will really help, I promise. It's what I've had to wear my whole life. It sucks to not look like everyone else but it's the closest you can get.
Omg I have the samme problem! And im 15 in highschool too So I know where your coming from, trust me! But are u as bad as me that u dont have ANYTHING at all? Cuz i can barely even fit a 32a. It sucks. And yeah I tend to wear looser fitting clothes cuz when I wear really tight clothes, it exaggerates my flatness. So I wear those loose sweaters and what not
depends what your body type is. so are you saying you like full flat chested like a guys chest or you have sum size
