Is it normal to not get mad appropriately

Alright well to keep it short sometimes people do things to me that most would flip out instintly like ignore or rude comment and i dust it off specialy at work or if im with my family but i dont know why but when im driving i get so mad when other drivers are acting fools to the point i wana hurt them or when im drunk i feel a rage inside me that i feel like two piecing any dude that looks at me funny do i got issues homie?

    getting angry at other driver's is pretty normal i do all the time u know why??coz "their' stupid mistakes can cost me(or you) greatly :)
