Use a paddle brush (those big square ones) because they stimulate the scalp cause blood flow. Also, try taking a vitamin called biotin. It is a protein that can help aid in healthy growth! Hair changes about every 7 years or so and it is typical that you lose between 30-100 hairs a day during certain growth cycles of your hair. No need to worry unless you see balding!
My hair use to fall out alot but once i changed my shampoo, less hair started falling. Now i use head and shoulders sensitive scalp
Actually u should be brushing through your hair really good before showering this stimulates the blood flow in your scalp which helps it grow snd your scalp will secret the shiny oils it hair needs I also have very fine hair and brushing my hair for a good five mins always necessary forgive my typing it's on s phone
i agree with aussiewolf, if your a girl try de-stress if your a boy cut a lock and put it in an envelope. every so often take it out and look at it and sigh.good luck
you lose hair whether you comb it or not. it may look and feel like you havent lose any hair if you stop brushing it but the loose hair is just tangled in with your other hair and falls out when you eventually wash it. assuming you do wash it. get hair extensions or change shampoo. go to a salon to get advice.
