I dot think that my virginity is all that amazing. I dont mind showing my tits to people or give blowjobs or handjobs. I dont see it as something to lose like a first kiss you only have one but thats not as big of a deal. I dont really understand why people think so highly of it, not all people but most people. Is it normal for me to think like this.
Seems like you are smart enough to see through a stupid tradition. If virginity were of any real value then a man's virginity would also be seen as valuable. The reality is that the tradition of valuing virginity came about because women used to be considered property to be married off and a virgin who had never before had sex was considered more likely to be faithful and submissive. Hence better property. We don't live in such a world anymore but parts of society continue to fear female sexuality.
Yes its normal & being a virgin is not that big of a deal these days even though you are special cause virgins are very rare

Maybe it's the reasoning behind wanting to do something is whats important. The reasoning in this case is just not caring, so... That doesn't really say much.

Just because you don't value your virginity doesn't mean your not normal. What is not normal is acting like a slut. There's a big difference.
My wife wasn't a virgin, the first girl I had sex with wasn't a virgin. I didnt look at either of them as damaged property or less valuable than a virgin. But neither of them were slut ground zero. It was over 2 years into each relationship before I even had sex with them.
Get some respect for yourself. Not valuing virginity is one thing. Being a whore and easy is another.

I have self esteem and i value my self but when it cones to sex i just dont think of it as being that big of a deal. I dont connect sex with the emotional aspect that usually comes with it.

Yes it is special. Sexuality is a beautiful thing that should be treated with respect. It's emotional. It's good to share your "firsts" with someone who's as unsure but excited as you.
You are just lying to yourself. You are someone who sees your body as one of a few, if not the only, tool at your disposal to feel wanted by others. And you want other people to tell you it's okay and normal so you can more easily push aside your own self loathing about the whole thing.
I feel really sorry for you. I hope you are able to someday respect yourself and find someone who won't just use you for cheap thrills.
