Is it normal to not care about anyone?

So, I've never felt love for anyone before, family or not. I can't say I care about my friends much. I don't care if people I don't know live or die. The only person I can think of as an exception is my little sister. I hate her personality but for some reason still care about her. I'm a very rational person and this is very irrational. I hope I'm just some moody teen and not like a sociopath or something.

    You're probably just a moody teenager, because sociopaths don't care enough to ask or be concerned about whether or not they're sociopaths.
