Is it normal to not be interested in lube until after menopause?

I mean, I'm plenty wet enough during sex. I just don't see the point. Also I hate the feeling of the lube they use at the gyno, after I feel gross. So I don't wanna have that feeling after sex with lube. What do you think is it reasonable for those reasons not to wanna try lube until I'm dry and old and have to?

    The point of lube is to add moisture where there is none. If you produce enough on your own, lube is pointless. And too much lube isn't really fun.

    That's good to hear that you still are moist after menopause. I myself haven't had menopause. But I have sex daily, and experience dryness. I use Astroglide. It feels so silky. Especially for anal sex. It's a must. Who is telling you that u have to use lube? The Gyno?
