Is it normal to not be aroused with neck kisses?

So my boyfriend and I were making out and he started to kiss my neck. I usually thought females had a "sweet spot" and when they were kissed there, they were aroused. But when he kissed me on my neck, I didn't feel anything. I felt it more like he was kissing my cheek or my hand, but it wasn't a turn on. Is that normal?

    I've seen so many people speak of what turns them on, and I've worked out logically whether it's normal or not, that a question like this is... Unusual to me.

    But that aside, I'd say it's normal. The neck lacks any sort of sex pleasure nerves so it just depends on the person. I feel the same way in fact.

    Yes we are different I love getting my ears nibbled but hate my feet getting massaged
