Please may someone help me I don't know what I genuinely afraid of. Like I don't think I am afraid of anything can someone please help.

    Yea it's relatively normal, showers scare me though, pretty annoying little phobia, thank God I don't let it get in the way but it still sucks

    Fear is learned. A calculating shrewd approach to risk taking and risk mitigation is also learned. Fuck the fear. I think you are better off being shrewd.

    i afraid of ghosts,height,mice and bugs. i don't know anyone that fear not a thing.

      ghosts do exist they can move from any dimension they want that is why sometimes they can interact in the 3rd dimension. I go rooftopping I don't know if you know what that is why I have climbed many big buildings in London as this is where I live. Mice and bugs they may be a little eek but they are just animals and organism as are we.

        i am haunted by a ghost that talks to me and touches me all over while i sleep. i try to move and scream but cannot because he put me in a trance so to make me immobile. all i can do is cry.
