When a girl talks to me my eyes start watering and I blush, but it's not every girl, there's a couple of girls that I know really well and it doesn't happen with them

confidence grows with expereince that's all I can say. Although when it's a gril you're really into it can be hard ebcause you're worried about fucking it up but the irony of that is you're more liekly to because you're overthinking it
Aw the same thing happens sometimes when I meet boys- I find if I just focous on making FRIENDS with them (even if I am looking for a relationship) like you would treat any other new friend you might meet/make, then I'm less nervous and more myself, wheras if I concentrate on them being cute/me having a crush on them etc then I just can't talk to them as well
Completely normal in my opinion. I have a tendency to clam up and I struggle to talk to some girls, usually if I find them quite attractive in some way. Try not to think about it so much and just be yourself, be confident (but not arrogant) and just let things come naturally.
